    Not a great season for you? Skip once and resume the next box automatically.

    Moving? Change your shipping address before the next billing cycle.

    Add or update your credit card or payment method on file.

  • Cancel your subscription

    Cancel anytime. No fees, no questions. You'll receive any already-charged boxes.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us at hello@homegroundbox.com.

Cancellations take effect before your next billing cycle. If you have already been billed for an upcoming seasonal box, you will receive that box before your cancellation takes effect — we are unable to refund a box that has already been charged and is in preparation.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date and we will review your case. We want every customer to feel good about their experience with us.
