What's In The Box

Every Homeground box includes hand-curated reads for your children, a title chosen just for you, and small-batch Midwest-roasted coffee from an independent roaster. What you’ll find inside is part of the discovery — that’s what makes opening it feel like something worth looking forward to.

Our children's books span from birth through 5th grade — so the whole family is covered. Each box typically includes a picture book for younger readers, a title for early or middle-grade readers, and a book chosen just for the parent. The exact mix shifts with each season and is part of the discovery.

Yes — at checkout you’ll choose whole bean or pre-ground. That preference applies to every box in your subscription. You can update it in your account settings before the preparation cutoff date for each shipment.

We partner with small, independent roasters from the Midwest and Great Lakes region — people who source thoughtfully and roast with genuine care. Each box tells you about the coffee inside: where it's from, how to brew it, and the story behind the people who made it.

Shipping & Delivery

Our first box ships Fall 2026. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your box leaves the warehouse.

Yes, free shipping is included with every box, both for subscribers and one-time purchases. We ship within the United States. Additional shipping and handling fees apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Yes. Log in to your account and update your shipping address before the billing date for the upcoming season. Changes made after billing may not take effect until the following season. One-Time Purchases

Both give you the same hand-curated box — the same thoughtfully chosen reads and artisan coffee. A subscription means you never miss a season and we have the time we need to curate your box with care. A one-time purchase is a single box with no commitment — a lovely way to try it first, or to give as a gift.

Absolutely. Add a gift note at checkout and we’ll include it in the box. There’s something particularly nice about giving someone an afternoon worth savoring.

Account & Billing

Log in to your account at homeground.com/account and navigate to the Manage Subscription section. From there you can update your address, change your payment method, or cancel. You can also visit our subscription management page for more details.

Log in to your account and go to the subscription management portal. You can add or update a credit card or other payment method at any time. Changes take effect immediately for future billing cycles.

Because our boxes contain curated, consumable items, we’re unable to accept returns. That said, we stand behind everything we send. If your box arrives damaged or something is missing, reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@homegroundbox.com with a photo of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We want every Homeground experience to feel worth it.
